Ultraclean Tannex has been formulated for use in commercial dishwashers where a high degree of tannin removal is required. It is most suitable for restaurants, cafes and contract caterers where coffee and tea cups and pots are the main business, and ordinary dishwasher detergents fail to remove all the tannin stains.
